We have a hassle-free 1-Day Return & 7-Day Exchange policy. Shop with confidence!


If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse the package. You must take a video and at least 2 photos of the package and submit them via e-mail (support@getiam.life) within 24 hours of the delivery time. We will ship a brand-new replacement at no additional cost.


If the product itself has an error or damage, please record an unpacking/unboxing video and write to us via e-mail (support@getiam.life) with photos & videos within 24 hours of delivery. If the product was delivered in a compromised state, clearly evident in your video, we will gladly arrange pickup of the defective item and send you a brand-new one or issue store credit—your choice.


Upon receiving the product, we will conduct a lab test to ensure no perfume was used on the jewellery. Once it clears the test, we will send a new product or grant store credit as per your preference. If the jewellery was exposed to conditions you were advised to avoid in the Care instructions, we will be unable to issue store credit or a replacement.

 


 

PLEASE NOTE

 

  1. Damaged-product claims: We can process a return or exchange only if both photo and video of the unboxing are sent to support@getiam.life within 24–48 hours of receipt. No other communication channels will be accepted.

  2. Personalised jewellery is custom-made exclusively for you and is not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged.

  3. Personalised products do not fall under the BIS Hallmark category unless requested within 24 hours of ordering; delivery will then be extended by at least a week.

  4. Some jewellery is handcrafted, so identical replication is rare.

  5. For defective/damaged items, the return/exchange request must be placed within 24–48 hours of receipt. We will issue store credit for the purchase amount, but customers must bear return shipping of ₹250. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice intact. Requests after 24 hours cannot be entertained.

  6. A mandatory 5 % of the total amount will be deducted for card fees on every refund.

  7. If you exchange for a higher-priced product, only the price difference is payable; for a lower-priced product, the difference will be issued as store credit.

  8. No discounts apply to exchanged jewellery pieces.

  9. Order cancellations are possible within 24 hours of ordering; a full refund will appear within 10 business days. Production of personalised pieces begins after 24 hours, so cancellations after that time cannot be accepted.

  10. All communication regarding returns & exchanges must occur via e-mail at support@getiam.life.

  11. For COD orders, any delay in confirmation from your side will extend delivery by at least one week from the date of confirmation.

  12. If brand terms and conditions are violated and defamatory statements are made on social platforms, legal action may be taken.

 


 

Guidelines to check if your product qualifies for return/exchange

 

  • The item was delivered less than 24 hours ago (return) or within 7 days (exchange).

  • The item is unused.

  • You have the original receipt, and the product packaging is intact.

  • We accept a maximum of two returns/exchanges per jewellery item.

  • The item is free of error/tarnish/damage.

 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
