Shipping & Handling Time
Orders are usually processed within 5–10 business days (Monday–Saturday). Some orders—such as pre-order or made-to-order items—may take longer.
We always strive to get your purchase to you sooner. If unforeseen circumstances cause a delay, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Note: Customised jewellery typically requires 12–15 working days because each piece is 100% handcrafted and finished to order with the finest detail.
Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping is FREE across India.
Express Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Shipment Tracking
You’ll receive an e-mail notification when your order leaves our warehouse, including the shipment tracking number.
Delivery Location Rules
Orders can be delivered only to a residential or workplace address of the consignee/recipient. We cannot deliver to public locations such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or street pickup points.
If the recipient is unavailable at delivery, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to our facility in Hyderabad.
Change in Shipping Address
You can check order status and tracking by logging into your account at www.getiam.life.
Shipping details cannot be edited by customers once an order is created. If you need to change the shipping address before dispatch, please e-mail support@getiam.life with your Order ID and the correct address. We will do our best, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.

iAM (www.getiam.life) reserves the right to change this Shipping & Handling Policy at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the revised policy will be posted on the website.
